Our Mission

Fusion is an 'A' level fastpitch softball organization, based in the Mountain View - Los Altos area. Fusion was founded under the aegis of Mountain View Los Altos Girls Softball, and while we recruit players from all over northern California, the team enjoys the benefits of being part of the Mountain View Los Altos Girls Softball League: a great board of directors, access to fields and equipment, and a legacy of over forty years of competitive softball on the Peninsula.

We field multiple A-level competitive teams from middle school 14U to 18U that train competitive, but also family-focused, teams. Fusion teams travel widely to compete at the highest levels. All coaches are professionals, not volunteers or parents. We expect a very high year-round commitment level from our players. We have had a number of players continue their softball careers at the next level, and we've always supported those efforts if that is a player's goal.

Board

As a proud Division of Mountain View-Los Altos Girls Softball, we work with our partners on the league board to guide the program.

Established in 1972, Mountain View – Los Altos Girls Softball (MVLAGS) is a 500+ player strong, USA-sanctioned recreational league committed to giving girls ages 5 to 16 the opportunity to explore and enjoy the game of softball.

From its inception, MVLAGS has been offering a quality, softball-only program to girls living in or attending school in Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and surrounding areas. 100% volunteer-driven, MVLAGS is a non-profit organization that promotes athletics, community-building, and the development of the ‘whole girl’ through softball.
